    Next ritual: February New moon
    Register at bit.ly/newmoonfire

Eli Ryn hosts communal fire rituals for various occasions such as Lunar New Year, equinox and solstice observations, and community grieving rituals.

Generally, they are an evening of meditation, song, dreaming, and embodiment. Folks bring dried flowers, tobacco, or other non-toxic offerings for the fire. People are welcome to journal, join in/take breaks as they please, and bring musical instruments.

  • Full Moon Adornment Ceremony

Join me for a virtual full moon gathering each month in which we explore deep visualizations and body tending to cultivate liberation, connection, and healing. This practice was birthed with guidance from the Medicine Buddha and is a gentle guided practice that fosters our ability to discover and receive the medicine we need in this arising moment.

FEBRUARY: The February full moon adornment ceremony will be for Black folks in honor of Black History Month, held in the evening on 2/12. More details coming soon

  • Dream Breathing Community

Join the Abolitionist Dreaming Practice Sangha at patreon.com/elirynbrown! On this page, you'll find full meditation sessions, breathwork, bodywork, meditative stretching, chanting guides, and so much more! I will be providing live and prerecorded videos weekly, biweekly, and monthly for folks to enjoy. Whether you are just starting to explore meditation, or have been a lifelong practitioner, there will be guides and videos that will enable you to deepen your practice and find some calm, insight, and a sense of inner stability. We will explore release, ritual, and rest in all of our meditative exercises while building a community of support for each other along the way. What does it look like to build an abolitionist practice, individually and in community? How might our meditative practices foster curiosity, exploration, and play as we dream of new futures and dream up new selves? Folks will be able to share their experiences with each other through the page, enabling the often scary and lonely first steps to be celebrated and encouraged in community.
